How much is delivery?

UK Postage:
We are currently offering the following postage options in the UK:
Second Class Standard: £3.40
First Class Standard: £4.20

Outside the UK:
Europe – European Tracked: £12.00
International – International Tracked: Price depends on which of Royal Mail’s zones you are shipping to.
World Zone 1: £15.00
World Zone 2: £16.50
World Zone 3: £15.80

If you wish to order from outside the UK, there may be a delay in posting your order as it requires a visit to our local Post Office.

How quickly will you dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days but some orders may take longer. You will receive email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
If your items are being shipped within the UK and do not receive your order within 5 working days of dispatch, please inform us and we will investigate and re-send your order if required.

Can I collect from you at a show?

Yes, you can select the collection option as a shipping method when placing your order. The cut-off for collection orders will be announced close to the show and details can be found on our Shows page
Please ensure you are able to show us your order confirmation email on collection.

How can I pay?

The checkout process uses Paypal but no Paypal account is needed to make a payment.
Orders placed by email will be sent an invoice. For custom items, this will be sent before the order is printed.

Can you make me something that isn’t listed on your website?

Most likely, yes. Just get in touch via our Contact Us page and we can get more details.

What can I do if I have an idea for a new product or how you can improve one of your products?

Just get in touch via our Contact Us page, we will always welcome new ideas and possible improvements.

Would you be interested in pictures of your products painted up and in use on my railway?

Yes we would love them. Even better if we can use them on our Gallery Page to show others examples of how to paint them. Just get in touch via our Contact Us page or you can post them straight on to the SLR Models Facebook Page

I received an email saying my order has been completed, what does this mean?

This means we have dispatched your order and you should receive it soon.

I live outside the UK, can I still order products from you?

Yes, we offer European and International shipping via our checkout with both services being tracked for peace of mind.
